I added the additional buffers as shown above, and then in an ugly comment printed them out and it all appears to be working!
Update - was able to make it work by utilizing the count and start positions fir iLowest and iHighest with the start index as today.

Mine is also off for JPY only. I want to risk 1% but it's risking 1.5%.. Let me know if you had it fix and how, so it might resolve my issue too.

You may be wrong as in only 1m candle, either way you see why they are not the same, and why every tick is better for testing.
