My MT4 demo account hasn't been working for 24 hours.

My broker says that the problem is with MT4, but my live account works just fine.

When I make a constant (to measure today's profits) how do I make sure the constant is measuring pips and not dollars?

How can I measure my total profits for today in pips?

I know how to do this in dollars, but I can't figure out how to measure today's total profits in pips.

I'm not making reference to my EA, or any of my EA's.

I'm talking about my MT4 platform. On MT4 when I right click my mouse on a chart, then highlight "trading" there is a drop down menu where I used to be able to place an alert on my chart that made a noise when a chart got to that point. Now when I go to "alerts" in that drop down menu and click on it nothing happens.

I know this is a forum for FXdreema, but I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this problem with their MT4? Or if anyone knows how to fix it?

I would have contacted MetaQuotes directly, but I can't find an email or phone number for them anywhere on the internet.

I can only put out one alert... sometimes two, but that's it. I can't have three or four alerts at the same time.
