Hello, I have a request from the site admin to create a block for bitmaps so that both types of bitmaps (bitmap, bitmap label) can be placed on the chart.

(I know that this can be done using block (Custom MQL code), but it cannot be modified later but with this idea (Special block for bitmaps) we can modify it after drawing.)

@amiinkiaei i want to use "datetime" input because user can't change it to weird text "when using string" or weird number "when using int".
when input type is "datetime" they can only change the time.
