for the link you shared it only tells the closed bars but can't work as a detector

I have been looking for the block that can give me this simple options below.
I need the ask price to be running between a limit of pips (but not candles). if the the ask price crosses the upper limit of the 20pips to open BUY now and if it crosses the lower limit to open SELL now.

I have been looking for this block but I can't find it, all blocks i found only support Candle limits but not PIP limits.

I want to BUY when my candle hits the lower band and EXITwhen candles hits middle band as in photo below, but I only can do the BUY mode but I can't do the EXIT mode for this BUY!!
once this is successfully done, I will repeate but for SELL mode.
