i want to make a semi automatic ea . When there is a buy or sell order on the chart, ea will immediately enter a pending order. how can i do that please help

please help . I want to create EA on 2 orders simultaneously buy and sell . The EA will enter orders continuously, the next order is 10 pips away from the previous one. how can i do that?

@jstap can i use the "check trade count" block? The rule is that when EA No. 2 checks trade count on EA No. 1, if there are 9 orders (active), EA No. 2 will be activated to open orders.

I have 2 EAs that interact with each other , and I want when the number of orders ( active ) of EA No. 1 is 9 orders , EA No. 2 will enter the order . how do i do it?
