I have a problem with my strategy. I want to buy three times on the EMA 21, if anytime the low candle bigeer than EMA 21 buy three times and the opposite is also true, how can I create this strategy, which block shuold i use it. please help me.

I want to use the volume indicator in MetaTrader 4. for example whenever the volume bar is green and greater than the 50-day average of volume at that time buy it. Is it possible to use the basic volume indicator for this? Please help me.
