Does anyone have any ideas why im not getting Alerts

Hi, Im trying to create an EA that alerts me first (alert #1) when price touches the 20EMA on the 4H then sends me a second alert (alert #2) when the 20EMA & 50EMA have crossed back over on the 30 min so they would be in the same direction as the 4H.
