My EA won't close trades.

I'm using a custom indicator with 6 buffers.
Buffer0=black
Buffer1=green line
Buffer2=red line
Buffer3=yellow straight line
Buffer4=green arrow
Buffer5=red arrow

For a buy

1.Condition
DAILY TIMEFRAME
green line(buffer1) > yellow straight line(buffer3)

2.Condition
FOUR HOUR TIMEFRAME
green arrow (buffer4) == green line(buffer1)

3.!!BUY NOW!!!

For a sell

4.Condition
DAILY TIMEFRAME
red line(buffer2) < yellow straight line(buffer3)

5.Condition
FOUR HOUR TIMEFRAME
red arrow(buffer5) == red line(buffer2)

6.!!SELL NOW!!

For closing the trade(only for a buy trade at the moment)

11. If trade

12.Condition
ONE HOUR TIMEFRAME
red arrow(buffer5) == red line (buffer2)

13. Close Trade

If i don't put the no trade block, & just immediately start with the conditions, does that mean that my EA can and will operate even if there is a trade open at the particular moment?

After extensive research and going through countless topics about the close trade block. Haven't found anyone who successfully got it to work. Somebody pleeaaaassse prove me wrong.

Hey guys hope you are ALL doing well and making consistent profits ; ). I'm two days old into fxdreema, actually, I'm two days old into the whole EA building scene. I probably have the simplest EA among all of you. However I have a problem making my EA close trades when a certain condition on my custom indicator is met ON THE 1 HOUR TIMEFRAME. Can somebody please please assist me https://fxdreema.com/shared/cIThIsI8d . The condition to buy/sell comes from the 4 hour timeframe and the condition to exit/close comes from the 1 hour timeframe. Could that be the problem?
