I want to create a Multi-Timframe Macd EA, where when the signal crosses above or below the zero line on a different time frame it places a buy or sell trade. Is that possible?

So If I attach the EA to a 15min chart, but have the macd crossing on the 1hr timeframe, I want it to execute according the the timeframe settings but on the 15min chart if that make sense,

So I want to create a Multiple timeframe EA using the macd,
I want to be able to run the macd on Higher timeframes while running on lower timeframe chart.

so for example I want to have a 5min chart but the macd is showing a 1hr or 4hr timeframe on that 5 min chart and if I happen to get crosses to buy or sell

Hey so I want to create an EA that when a tradingview alert triggers it will send a trade to my mt4 is that possible?

so if I do once per bar but set the time that should work?

@tipsywisdom Got it I usually trade but since I will be traveling a lot I will have less time to trade and I dont know how to code so I am unsure how to put my trading strat into a bot so I was trying to create this simple bot I will test it see if it works if now ill have to find another way

gotcha I will give that a shot. I am really new to this and just want a simple scalping bot that hits 10-20 pips lol so I am trying to come up with my own instead of buying one

@tipsywisdom Okay I think im understanding a bit better, so when under 200, and the rsi crosses below 20 I want it to sell, but I want 1 trade per every 20 mins. so should I put it ( on time) instead of on tick?

@tipsywisdom So what happens with this ea, is it will open a trade when conditions are met, but since my tp is only 20 and when I exit the 1st trade it will open another trade and that can cause that second trade to lose so instead I only want 1 trade open every 180 mins or so

so maybe I am missing something, I want the EA to trade once every 180 mins or whatever I edit the timing too I tried switching times to 20 mins etc....., But it is still entering trades within the timeframe that I dont want it entering. here is the link and hopefully what I am saying make sense.

So I created this simple strategy to scalp gold and only take 10-20 pips TP but I noticed it was taking multiple trades in the same bar, I tried putting once per bar and it literally went from hundreds of trades to only 15 trades. Can anyone help with this It will literally isnt taking many trades even though conditions are met here is the link

@l-andorrà That almost make sense but unfortunately I only know hoe to do basic stuff with fxdreema im not to advanced with it

@l-andorrà So what I mean is lets say for example I get a buy signal at 1.00 I want the pending order to be put at 1.15 if it keeps going up and hits that price and if it goes down to 0.85 instead I want it to cancel the buy pending order. but when I run the EA its not doing anything close to that, Itll put me in trades but its saying im losing every single trade in the strategy tester
