This issue is being reported for days. The most efficient way to know what's happening is contacting the admin directly. Sadly he takes several days to reply. 😞

The "Order Move" it's on "On Trade (Filter Specific Events). Also if you try to move only SL or TP from an Order it's working "On Trade".
You can try from my example and you will see will count the moving of SL/TP but not moving of the Order.

But only in some scenarios..:(. The issue it's still present.
