@thugwig first you have to use no trade block then once per bar...even you can use variables block to reset your strategy

My strategy is contains from two MACD

One of them shows long trends, the other shows short trends

I want to say that when the big MACD's histogram, turned from green to red, then go and look at the short MACD, whenever it turns from red to green, take a sell position for me. and upside down for buy order... but it don't take positions at the correct place!!! can some one please help me?

@Alex81 the reason of crossover for long or short MACD is because i just to buy or sell just once at this condition not more...just when long macd turn red from green then short macd turn green from red just when it first happen...can you please share a link?

one of them is long term, and the second one is short term

i want to tell when MACD1 condition was true go and chek MACD2 condition and try to buy or sell

but it didnt work when both of them are not true at the same candle ID

i think i should use variables...
but dont know how

first use a comment block to see that your DD calculate currectly or not...and for a currect DD you need to close position at the beginning. then create a robot to calculate your DD and dont open another trade... that is why I said just use no trade!!

hey guys...how could i tell my EA to not trade if condition is ranged?

@h-adib open once per bar block and put XAUUSD in the symbol...then it just do it for gold

try No Trade instead of If trade block
