could anybody here explain better how to draw a rectangle?
I want it to start at candle 2 and to continue until price comes back into the rectangle even slightly
I want its top to be at candle 1s low and its bottom to be at candle 3s high

There are several places offering courses (I offer one, BTW). However, you will also need asking questions here in the forums regardless how many courses you take. Learning fxDreema is a long process that takes time.
That will depend on how your condition blocks are positioned. If they are connected one after the other, both crossings will have to happen at the exact same time on both time frimes at the exact same time for that to be true. I don't think that will happen very often.
