Block 20 is unnecessary, you can remove it. The problem is that both BE and TS blocks are conflicting each other. The TS block will always work before the BE with its current configuration, this is why it doesn't work. You need to find a different configuration for both blocks to avoid that.

Thanks andora, Yes I understand that ,and becuase of that i added boolean condition to enable and disable them. but what about partial close, it is not overlaping with others. I define constant percent of TP for it but when i set the tp, partial close execute and do close without considiring the percent of tp condition.
