@od seriously im not trying to be rude. But to create EAs you dont just jump right into a platform and hoping its a matter of spending a couple of mins and suddenly you have the solution for everything.

If someone was asking help on building a specific logic or how certain blocks works than yes, anyone who has any experience here will definitely help out.

When people don't know anything about trading, the platforms or in this case what optimization is about what, most people will ignore subjects like this because its your job to understand the basic which is freely available for anyone with a simple google search.

@vonmunchy nvm I figured it out. Just extract the tick data from mt5. Make a custom symbol with same OHLC on a M1 TF and change to line chart. Lol

So iv been away from Forex because I found binary tick trading to be more appealing and interesting. This is not me telling what you should trade or not trade or me telling you if binary is a scam or not.

Anyways more recently iv been testing various bots I build with the default binary bot builder but never gave much thought to Backtesting stretdgies untill now.

So if anyone is interested Backtesting tick charts by creating custom symbol of it etc. Let me know in private.

@binarykungfu fxdreema has blocks that have specific mql codes in them so all what the user needs to do is simply drag, drop and connect blocks for their logic rather having to code the logic themself. And thats why there is so many codes in it.

So if you want to change the function of a block. Just go to the custom section and code your own block you know mql already. And if your talking about changing parameters, just use constants and variables.

@yogajangkung there is a similar system in a YouTube video. You get the general idea. Experiment around
