it is not too hard.
Just check candle close and when candle 1 closed lower that EMAs you should check HH with Market properties and use a change stop block

It was a very bad bug. i haven't mq4 backup and my project was destroyed. Blocks titles and variables remove and all settings changed!!
history too couldn't help for back to before.

it is not easy for working with windows on the iPad, I think so you need a pen maybe you can use the mouse on the server.
you should buy a virtual server it is a very cheap price. you can connect to the server by an app on the iPad.
the app name is desktop remote, you can find some models for this.
you should run Chrome on the server and work with any website.

I never had this issue in backtesting. i had more than 1000 backtest in different EA.
Just I think you should try with a demo account from another broker and see the result
or share your project link and I can test with my broker.
Maybe your broker can download full data for the backtest and EA cant working
