Trade with heiken ashi and parabolic

Hi,

I need help to create an EA using default Heiken ashi indicator and parabolic with setting 0.03, 0.1
below is the condition to enter trade:
1.if HA M15 candle showing bull on previous bar and parabolic is under the candle then we only execute buy trade, entry point is depending on HA M1 candle which must also show a bull candle on previous bar...if this condition fullfill then we enter buy ....
2.if HA M15 candle showing bear on previous bar and parabolic is above the candle then we only execute sell trade, entry point is depending on HA M1 candle which must also show a bear candle on previous bar...if this condition fullfill then we enter sell....
