example EURUSD today this current time or end this day i want how many orders buy or sell created in this currency and if i want create code or condition when orders buy from people in this currency now above orders sell create order buy

I think you can not see this, because there are many brokers and each have own people
.... there is something like oanda book:
https://www.oanda.com/forex-trading/analysis/forex-order-book
and few indicators based on that, but again - it is case only for this one broker

Volumes show you something, but I think that in MetaTrader it shows the number of ticks in the bar.
