Open sell position when buy position reaches a specified loss

Could anyone help me with how to Open a sell position when buy position reaches a specified loss?

Just to clarify I would want the origanal buy position to stay open so it would be a separate sell position that would open when the buy position is losing by a specified amount of pips. Cheers
