How to make M15 TF reads signal from H4 Tf

Happy New Year everyone!

I search the forum but could not find an example where the M15 time frame will read the signal given from H4 time frame..
Here is what I want to do..
The signal gets create on the H4 time frame but the ea works on the m15 tf so I want the ea to give preference to the orders as created by the higher time frame.
If there is another method which will help in determining trend, you could share please. seeing it was Christmas and new year...

@alphaomega Open the "more setting" menu in the condition's block, you can choose the referring time frame, and always remember to specify candle ID1
