detect the manual movement of the horizontal line ?

is there any way i can detect the horizontal line is being moved on the chart ?? i mean if i manually move the line from one point to another ?

Your questions are always very interesting. I guess so (and it's just a guess). On the 'on tick' tab you should store the price value of the line every tick and compare it on a tick by tick basis. When you move the line, the next price value would be detected and then a flag could be activated.
