So if i set it as "any market" does it consider only the trade that I attach it to? Or the whole account?

On my EA I have No Trading is running block. Now this EA is attached to GBPUSD,EURUSD and USDJPY. The no trade is running block consider trades for each currency separately, or all trades in this account?

Bu default it works for the current currency only, for example EURUSD. See that "Market mode" option. You can specify multiple markets like this "EURUSD,GBPUSD,USDJPY" in the Market input field and it should consider those.
