Renko Charts
-
Hi there...
I've placed my renko chart (mt4), uploaded as costum indicator.
However, I cannot seem to get it to work in the condition block.. I.E. brick high/low, brick open/close etc.
Browsed through the forum but could not find a suitable answer.. -
@fxgjg Can you please share the link to your project?
-
@fxgjg If you browse the fxDreema forum, you will see that there are only two or three specific posts for RENKO and none have given solutions, just as the ichimoku fxDreema has huge gaps for these issues, I would say more than Oceanos lagoons. I would consider it, is the RENKO worth it? to everyone who have been for more than 2 years they have left, there are better systems (Alien, Nihlist, etc.) they have been working for 6 to 8 years and giving great benefits, they even have scanners and robots with benefits, there are specialized forums for those strategies with more than 1000 posts and daily entries.

i have make a feeble attempt of setting up the enumerations and buffers... HELP -
Hello @fxgjg! Look at this post, especially the last one since it is from the creator of this soft and it will clarify many things and what I have already told you about RENKO with fxDreema. Ah! For your information, the RENKO system apart from doubling the Windows, each RENKO window weighs approximately 3 times a normal one with two or three basic indicators, both MT4 and MT5 (I have tested it) and if you have more than 5 PAIRS or SYMBOLS even if you have a stratospheric PC it becomes very slow and each new PAR slows it down until it is blocked, another point to take into account, do a simple EA with a cross of 2 means and look for an EA from someone who has done it from MT4 or MT5 without going through Identical fxDreema, look at the mq4 of fxDreema and the external one and you will see that the one of fxDreema has a minimum of 3000 lines of code against the other that does not even reach 300, this both MT4 and MT5 notice it a lot and if you add it to The above mentioned you will see that you will not get anything, I have already tried it and I had to forget the idea.

@l-andorrà thanks ALL...
i inly need to know if it is posible to identify with fxDreema, a bullish renko candle and a bearish renko candle.?Thanks
-
@fxgjg The only way to do it is by using a custom indicator.
-
@l-andorrà ok... so i have already uploaded the Renko offline chart as a custom indicator...but in the condition settings i have no uption to identify the candle high/low, bullish or bearish.. To be honest i don't know how to set up the input and output parameters and the enumerations...

@fxgjg Look at the 'Output buffers' below. Colours are not visible. This means fxDreema cannot identify them correctly. You'll need to create them manually as explained in this tutorials:
