FORMULA FOR EA - CODING FOR WEBSITE

ANYONE on here good with coding ? I have an EA that is formula locked , I am building a site and need to find out how I can set it up so a customer enters the MT4 account on the order form , and my site takes that info , uses the formula and sends them back the appropriate password .
