@fxdreema I guess it is worth trying. most of us were not lucky enough to have a local backup. I personally had around 100 paid projects that clients need to update their eas regularly with new features. now I don't have access to my projects. I don't want to blame anyone except myself that hasn't backed up my files. I really appreciate your awesome website. it has served me well but I believe it is worth trying

@rouzbehali I think this is all done by automatic bots. They are constantly trying different IPs and different ports, which is probably not that hard to do. If it's some human hacker, he would send me an email from that email he left me. After all, my email and contacts are public.

I've lost many projects but so far, I need to be able to start over again for the clients that are waiting for me, I just sent the transaction number with all the information on a DM hoping I can get my account set up as soon as possible. For a new feature perhaps install a GUI switch to automate a mq and ex simultaneously or if possible also embed the import in the ex.

The data that I embed in the source code files is just compressed text and is easily readable. But the idea of.ex files is that they are encrypted, it's not to be read by humans or even software other than MetaTrader. So if I embed that text there like that... the EA is not encrypted anymore. Plus, the data in .ex files is not text, but binary. Change one symbol and the file is broken. I don't know how to decrypt this file, embed something in it and then encrypt it again. These files are generated on the server by MetaEditor itself... a little bit older version.

I always save my project's mql5 files so I'm not worried, but I see why there are people very upset. The database you restored only restored projects up to October 2019 (2 years ago).
If you need any kind of guidance, please contact me. I'm the owner of a Internet Service Provider. All I do all day is build up servers, configure and restore backups, etc.
