        Hi,

I'm trying to build a tool that does the following:

Manages 5-7 levels of stepping stops like this:

When trade hits +12 pips, move stop to +1
When trade hits +30 pips, move stop to +10
When trade hits +50 pips, move stop to +20
When trade hits +70 pips, move stop to +50
When trade hits +90 pips, move stop to +70

I've found the best way to do this is with the Break even blocks, but for some reason it won't trigger the 2nd breakeven block to modify the trade after the stop has been moved to +1 pips.

Here's a screenshot of my setup.

Any ideas on what the problem might be or if there is a better solution? I've tried Trailing Stop blocks and the same thing happens.

        Cheers

        Cam

I teach my build and debug strategies that reduce blocks, increase development speed and enable complete flexibility. I teach you how you can build almost anything you dream up with just a few of the blocks.

use Trailing stop with Loop for trades:

          1. For each Trade (yes output-orange) - pips away from open price (12) (yes output-orange) - pips away from open price (30) (no output-yellow) - Trailing stop (parameters1)
          2. For each Trade (yes output-orange) - pips away from open price (30) (yes output-orange) - pips away from open price (50) (no output-yellow) - Trailing stop (parameters2)
            .
            .
          3. For each Trade (yes output-orange) - pips away from open price (90) (yes output-orange) - Trailing stop (parameters5)

not sure if this can work, I have not tryied 😉

Between trading and gambling is a very small gap, be careful.

I made this ling time ago and it still appears as "Experimental", but I don't remember someone asking me about it. Either it works well or nobody uses it 🙂

Thanks Miro, gave that a try but wouldn't see the Trailing Stops.

Here's the solution I came up with in the end. Seems to work a treat:

                Thanks Radoslav,

That looks like it'll do it as well. Will have a play.

BTW, did you ever get that email I sent you on 8th July regarding my course?

                Cheers
