problem with pending orders

i built an expert advisore with pending orders but every chart the expert creates many pending orders maybe 20 per chart, how do i create only one pending order for each chart, i attach the ea.

using some of filters, like Check trades

use check pending order count or no pending orders exists above buy and sell

thank you no pending order above buy and sell works, it opens only one pending order.
