code not work exactly!

hello
i try this code 0_1486380678209_fxDreema.mq4 for buy (with full balance) automate in special hours per day and when profit goes over 0.1 pips sell it and take profit buy .
but this is not work!!!/
and other problem i set it that work in all open charts but when i start it default open USDCHF 1H chart !!!/
please help me for these two problem
