Detecting support and resistance

Hi everyone,
I am trying to detect support and resistance within a certain number of bars backwards for stop loss and take profit signals...Am using what I think is the right set up (see below). However it does not appear to work...
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong??

Lowest price is Price level, not custom (pips) ... change this Custom pips to price level ...
