How did you fix it?

Candle 0 is the current candle, so you would want to change that to 1

You can use "Market properties"

It may be your broker, try a different broker or type of account with the broker.

You maybe moving your stop-loss too fast.

Add it to your rules of when it should execute orders.

Rule:
Price Close, candle ID 1 Cross above MA High candle ID 1

EA does not open the trade.
