What a strange looking candles

Anyway, I decided to see what Times are returned and everything looks fine http://prntscr.com/7wotrs The top 4 values in the comment are Time, below are Candle Close prices. From what I see, "Once per bar" must work as expected.
The last time I tried Once per bar with Renko charts, it worked for me. Probably because my renko-creator-ea puts different Time for each renko candle that it creates. But Renko is not a standart in MetaTrader, I have no idea what EAs you are using to generate these offline charts... at least someone can give me his EA so I can test it. But mine seems to work
Nothing fatal, just some stupid warning
100 different people will suggest 100 different things to be added under "More settings" in each block. Someone will say "Put Alert over there", other one will say "I want Print there", another one will say "Play sound, I want to play sound!".
This feature "SendNotification" is one of the simplest to program. Literally, write SendNotification("Message") everywhere in the code and it should work. I added this to the Alert block because the Alert is something similar, but not on MetaTrader directly. But the function can be used in "Custom MQL4 code" or in a custom block as well.
What means that you cannot manage the pending order after it's open price is modified? Errors?
What blocks do you use for this? Maybe you can show the project itself?

I opened two trades with no problems. The first one for 1 hour, the second one for 5 minutes, so now I'm waiting for it to be closed.
First I tried on a regular MetaTrader 4 where I created demo account in the normal way (File - Open An Account) and there when I try to create a new trade it says "Market is closed". What problems do you have exactly?

I also checked it for MQL5 and on the local version. I don't know what you are using - EA generated weeks ago or old local version, but in both cases there is one common word - old.

It gives me Ticket 3 (because I partially close the trade twice... for more fun) and Parent Ticket 1
It looks ok to work with Binary Options, but for those brokers the "Comment" attribute is used and there is no standart for this. I made it back then to work for some BO broker... I forgot it's name, but who knows, maybe your broker uses another commands in Comment. What broker is this?
I have no idea. If you look at the code, the native MQL4 function is used, but then some settings must be set in MetaTrader and to have such phone. I have Windows Phone and I never checked that 
But it's so simple function that is used, so I can't see how something in the code can be incorrect.

50 or 2 or 0.5 are valid, but 50% is not a numeric value
Variant 1: Use the "Expiration" settings in "Buy now"
Variant 2: Use those pink blocks
Maybe some forgotten Print(), but I can't find such in this block, also in the local version. Maybe it's another block? Maybe you can upload the project here or in PM? Or if you can find the exact Print() that does that and give me some more code around it.
If you don't want to use the actual value, then I can suggest this block called "Check current unrealized profit" and then "Close trades"
When RSI crosses the value of 70 from above, then find the highest value in N candles? You can do that while RSI is just below 70, but if you want to search in the history at any given time, then this is more complex situation
I don't understand the "again" part here. Was the trade partially closed before?
If you want to just close the trade after 4 hours, in Buy now/Sell now there are Expiration settings. Note that this which work only while the EA is working!
