I don't understand. I'm not sure if you understand how variables work. Or you understand them, but you don't know how to do something with them. Here I post a video that I like, that explains variables in a good way:

I think this works. But you got many trades because of the blocks to close them. Make sure that it's not possible to close any trade immediately after it is created. The conditions above Buy/Sell blocks should be different that those above Close blocks. And by conditions I mean everything - Condition blocks, other blocks with certain settings.

I don't know really. You know that you can check relatively simple values, but I feel that what you want to do here requires a little bit more analysis of the values around the lows.

I'm not a custom indicators guru, but it seems that this option appears automatically because of the set of arguments used in OnCalculate()

@l-andorrà It did work, but I had to piece together some other tips I found on youtube, and other websites.

To make things simple, don't make hedging strategies. As I said so many times, these strategies only make things complicated and it seems that this topic is a proof of that. The whole idea of trading is to make one number bigger - the money you have. There is nothing magical in using opposite trade instead of SL. So it's better to just close the trade and continue with the real strategy.

Hello fxdreema, reviewing information in this case in MT5, can you indicate in this "Filter Condition (Advanced)" that the profit is in pips and how would it be ?

Trades are independent, they don't care about charts at all. You can open a trade at any symbol without any chart. Look below - I have no charts and I can still hit New Order and make a new trade.

When backtesting, it appears that the trades belong to the chart, as you can see their arrows and lines. On live you don't even see those arrows. The EA just sends command to the server to open a trade for USDJPY or EURUSD, and the server does that. Charts are only to see the price... and to put indicators and expert advisors on them. Charts are outputs, they show information. But trades does not belong to charts.

I see that in some blocks the Symbol is empty and in other it's "Any Symbol":

So, the idea of "Set Current Market...." is that it makes the following blocks to think that the current symbol is not the current symbol. Let's say you have EURUSD,GBPUSD. Then the block will pass 2 times. The first time it will make the following blocks to think that the current symbol is EURUSD and the second time it will make them think that the Symbol is GBPUSD. But when you use "Any Symbol" for "Check profit", the block will check the profit of all trades from all symbols.

There is a block "Once a day", maybe it will do the job if you put it before the Buy/Sell block

@Moon, you also make sure that all the input parameters are correct. This is the main reason for that "indicator not handled" error

You can also create MQL5 project, which can be the same. You can copy block between projects.

There are "Buy pending orders in grid" and "Sell pending orders in grid" blocks. You can change many settings there. Try with negative values for "Grid Size" to reverse the type of orders.

I don't understand that cAlgo, I didn't tried it. I don't know about this website as well, it may or may not work 🙂

I'm not very good with indicators, I don't fully understand how they work. But it gives me EMPTY_VALUE all the time for this indicator. I don't think this is a bug in the EA builder, because if it is, probably all indicators will return this value and people will start complaining.

If these Sells have the same lot size, then the lowest one have smaller profit. In "For each Trade" you can sort by profit and with "Not more than n trades" set to 1 you can select only that trade.
