Can Create EA By FXdreema Its Open By Check The Color on Chart White And Blue And If Happen Cross By The Color Then Create Orders OR If Blue And White Above Together Up 70 then Create Orders

when i write in my channel telegram ( Open-Buy-EURUSD-0.1 ) in the same time
My EA create order Buy in Pairs EURUSD with 0.1 lot

when i write in my channel telegram close order buy EURUSD
then my EA close order

How i can do that ?
Note / I see like this EA work like i say above but its create by MQL5 program
