There is a way to show any value on the chart, with the Comment block for example. I don't understand what value do you want to show, because OpenPrice+ClosePrice would be some practically useless value that would always be positive value. Maybe you are talking about the profit of the trade.

it is spread, spread is Ask-Bid price ... chart is constructed by Bid price
Buy is opened by Ask price, and closed by Bid price
Sell is opened by Bid price (from which are candles constructed) .. and closed by Ask price (you dont see exactly this Ask price on chart/candles, but you can imagine it from spread value)

First know if its a buffer that creates the dots or if its objects .

If its a buffer :
Once per bar

No trades ( what you want )

select the correct buffer in indicator visable block

close trade ( the oppsite , if you want to buy close the sell)

Buy now/ sell now
