Fxdreema payment not credited to account

Need help. I already Purchased and paid the 1 month plan in Fxdreema using TRC20, but it was not credited in my account hence Im still using the limited Feature. How can I reach Customer Support?

Sadly, crypto payments can need up to 1 week to be confirmed. I'm afraid the only solution is letting the admin now repeatedly. And yes, that means very poor support service in that area.
