@ghq I just read another post of yours about the payment, be careful, possibly if you have several users in fxDreema you are still opening another user different from the one you have made the payment and here if you have a problem since it is still active in the payment user (they are incompatible , the payment is not transferred to all your users, only in one) and from the first day of payment it has already been activated and you will have run and spent the days from the initial day until today and if more than a month ago you will have lost it and I do not know the possibility of return if it has not been used, since it is not the fault of fxDreema but an error of yours for opening several users and not controlling where you make payments. I do not think that anyone in the forum has more than one user because I consider it to be an error and it can give you problems with payments.
