How to create custom variable to define a particular day of the week

Hello,
I am trying to tell my EA not to trade on Fridays between 8pm and 10pm. However what we have on the builder filters the entire day (weekly filter). I want to create a custom variable which captures Friday and then I can use the hourly filter to block out 8pm to 10pm.

I tried using the weekly filter to select Friday and then hourly filter but what this does is stop trading for the other days.

Also, if there is another way to achieve this let me know.

Does that mean that you want the EA to trade all the time except on Friday from 8pm to 10pm?
