If you made a payment in the last 6 months, even if the payment was expired at the time of the hack, I would give you bonus time (starting from 1 January -> 1 month + (Total money paid in these 6 months * 1.2)). Just send me transaction id, or email of the payment, or your name, or some part of your address... whatever will help me to find the payment.
Repairing the Database
-
Now payments history is under control.
Users registered before July 4th should have their payments history fully restored, including the expired payments.
I have the whole payments history, but I don't have the users registered after July 3rd. I wrote a script that tries (every minute) to match the emails of the newly registered accounts with the emails in the payments history. If there is a match, the payment is attached to the new user's ID.
So, if you are someone who lost hist registration and had to register again, if your email matches the email of your payment, your newly registered profile should receive that payment automatically after 1 minute max.
When emails are different, I have to rely on the transaction IDs you send me.
For crypto paymens, I don't have emails there, only transaction hashes. If you paid with crypto, send me your transaction hash and the crypto's name and network.
I will have to manually approve every payment where I can use the transaction number, so this will take time and I will probably do it after I deal with the projects.

I'm currently testing the recovery process of the projects I have on my local machine
-
I imported the shared projects.
I started adding the main projects to the database, from the oldest users to the new.
Initially I was thinking to delete these projects from the current database, who doesn't exist in the hacked database. The idea is that these projects existed at the end of 2019, and I stored them in that backup that I restored few days ago, but then they were deleted by their owners. But then I decided to import them as well.
-
Projects recovered:
- Projects from the beginning until somewhere in Oct 2019. Including projects that were deleted from their owners after that, but I had them in the old backup.
- Projects from Oct 2019 until June 20, 2022. I assume all of them.
- Shared projects.
- Shared projects, copied in the projects of their creator. These projects will have IDs like in the picture below. Because I had all shared projects, this means that some of you will have copies of some projects, created after June 20, 2022.

I checked all emails and messages I got. There are still payments for which I don't have matching accounts. If you lost your account and made a new one, send me the transaction id of your payment, in email or here in the forum as a personal message.

I added extra days to the people, who paid in the last year. I used this formula:
1 month + (Total money paid in the last year * 1.2)
The days given are anything between 54 and 350. Those 350 are for someone, who paid pretty much each month
That's why I decided to use the amount of money paid, instad of the amounts of months paid, because it gives more weight to people who spent more for the same amount of time.
And I started the payments again. Still, there are people, for which I have to manually fix their previous payments. If you are such person, don't pay, but send me an email, and I will approve your payment in 12 hours (sometimes I'm sleeping or doing stuff).
Also, at the moment prices are 10% lower for the newly registered accounts, compared to what they appeared before the hack. But not forever.

I have payments, assotiated with some of the deleted accounts, where the email of the payment is the same as the email of older not-deleted account. I don't know exactly what to do with these. Many of these are when one person buys for another, like what Cam is doing. But the others... I don't know, maybe the person cannot login in his original profile, registered a new one, paid for the new one, and then it was lost. But should I assign the payments he made to his older account?
If someone is in this situation, write to me.
