This is a very rough approach to what you need. However, if you need to take into account all previous closed trades within the same day, then you will need an additional structure with variables counting for them.

In my personal experience, this is not possible to fix with fxDreema. When that scenario happened to me, I decided to hire a programmer in order to build a new bot for futures from scratch without using fxDreema. Probably it is possible to build a new version of the bot with fxDreema, but I don't think it is possible without custom code. This is why I decided to go directly to the programmer.

Those distances in money depend on many factors (lot size, leverage...). You should use pips or points instead in order to make it more replicable to any chart.

Since the pairs trading backtest isn't working properly for you, I assume you are using MT4. MT4 doesn't support this.
You should use MT5 for pairs trading. Generally speaking, you can enter the symbol EURUSD for the "Buy" block and the symbol GBPUSD for the "Short" block.
