Custom Block Studio Stopped Working!

It looks like the Custom Block Studio has stopped working. I'm no longer able to create new blocks or add custom functions. My previously created blocks and functions are still there, but I can't make any more. Could other people please check and see if this is a widespread issue affecting them as well? Thanks.

It is not even possible to edit the existing ones.
