No, you won't be able to create pending orders in those conditions. What you can do is:

1. Open a trade immediately after the previous one was closed. So no pending needed.
   Or
2. Create a pending order at the exact same moment you opened the previous trade. Programming a pending order at 500 pips distance is not only possile but recommended. However you will need to program it much earlier.

Does it work now once those modifications have been made?

Do you mean creating a pending order at the exact same moment the last open trade was closed? Probably your broker will stop you from doing it because of the current spread. I recommend you to wait for some time or shift it a few pips away.

WhaI'm saying is that I don0pt see the logic of using the sam colour in blocks 291 and 288 whereas it isn't in blocks 285 and 286. Aren't they supposed to be just the same as the previous ones?

Please separate the launching structure from the closing one. That will avoid future problems. Additionally, please choose candle ID 1 in all 'condition' blocks.

You need to separate the launcher structure from tha managing one, like this:

Exactly. All block trees are executed exactlyu in the increasing order of those blocks on top of each one (those below it are not relevant). And yes, single blocks are not executed. They need to be connect to at least another one to do so.

Closing the existing open trades before opening new ones is always recommended. This is why candle ID numbers for blocks 23 and 30 should be swapped, as well as for blocks 25 and 31.
