Yes, it can. But it's not easy to do.

The only way to do that (as far as I know) is by rewriting the name on the 'Variables/Constants' dialog box. By rewriting one name, it's automatically modified on all blocks.

Just use the 'Once per bar' block on top of all other conditions. That way everything below it will happen just on the fisrt tick of the new opening candle.
