Do not use the same hour (00:00) on the second time period. You need at least one minute difference per period.

Probably names are different. Please chaeck that the name of the indicator in your fxDReema account is exactly the same in your MT4 platform.

The only way to do it is having a custom indicator including both OBV and SMA. Otherwise it is not possible in fxDReema, sorry.

Unless the buffers ara available to fxDreema, no change in the indicator will be identifiable by the EA, I'm afraid. You will have to create them as described here:

The I recommend you to use different magic numbers for each EA on each chart. That way every comment block will look only for those trades laubched by its own EA.
