Another way to get it (ugly but effective) is creating as many variables above and below the MA value and do this:
In my example you will have the value of that MA +10 pips. You can use as many positive and negative values and then use the 'trace' block if you really need to visualize them.

Not a trivial thing to do. Identifying tops and bottoms visually is one thing, but finding an algorithm doing that automatically is a completely different story. Would the zigzag indicator be useful in your case?
