I think you have to use two condition blocks. First one checks simple "<" or ">" and the last one checks the crossover.
Now you can use the first condition's yellow output

First of all, AND it not needed, it's almost never needed. Remove those blocks and everything will be the same.
I will suggest to use "No position" and it's orange output. It fits better because of it's name.
Make sure you understand how these "Price x>..." and "Price x<..." blocks work. They would detect the moment when the price crosses some line, which means that their orange output is active only at few rare moments. It's different than the crossover in "Condition" where the output can be active until the end of the current candle.

At least on my chart AD values are something like -100404, whatever that means. MA values are like 1.25110 and I don't see how this can be compared with -100404

In EAs in fxDreema MA can't be put over another indicators. I tried few times to implement this, but every time I find problems and I only remember that the last time my conclusion was: Impossible. And I don't like "Impossible" as a conclusion normally 🙂
