What the... Is it possible that something wrong is happening because you are using different setup? After all, it looks that you are the only one with this problem at the moment. I get the point, if the spread was zero, then that hedging wouldn't produce any loss. I'M using Admiral Markets as broker but that does not influence my backtestings because I'm using historick tick data from Dukascopy and the Tickdata Suite program which means that I have to enter manually the right settings for the strategy tester to emulate the real spread conditions of my broker. I recomend using Historic data as it changes drastically the quality of the results. Now if you are using Tickdata Suite and you want to set the spread to zero, remember to also set the commision to zero. Are you using Metaquotes tick data or Dukascopy tick data?

If you want 1 trade at a time, just use one single "No trade" above. So, if there is any trade (Buy or Sell), the block would not pass and no other trade will be created until the current one finally closes.

If you want to make buy-sell-buy-sell strategy.... it depends. As long as I know, commissions are always zero in the Tester. But in the code of this block I use OrderCommission()

Well, not directly, I can't touch the desktop version, but there were problems with its communication with server caused by the server. This is what I was fixing, the messages sent to the desktop. I think that now remaining periods are correct. Only there is some white screen when loading, but this this does not prevent the desktop version from working.

I still don't like the idea of desktop version for the same reasons:

I personally never wanted to make anything for the desktop, my passion was always the web I must think about the local database that everyone has. Now on the server if something is wrong with the database, I can do something about it. But you can see that fxDreema is already larger than me, I was fixing problems whole week after 1 year of preparing that update. The desktop version is just another thing I must always think of.

If someone thinks that the desktop version is more secure, then I can say that no one ever complained that his projects were stolen or something like that. Desktop version can be more stable, but again, I know myself and I know that when the desktop version is around, It's harder for me to motivate myself to add something new to the builder 🙂

Anyway, if you draw any object with "Draw..." blocks, be careful with the first 2 parameters in each of these blocks. They control how many object can be created by the same block and their names also. Take a look at the names behind the objects on the chart - are they as you expect? If yes, then you can read those objects.

@guille4 Yesterday and today I fixed some problems that I overlooked - login problems and with Formula blocks. I guess that your project self-fixed because of that. Before there were problems with Custom indicators. Now I am not aware of other problems, but who knows.

Every time you click on "Start" in the Tester, MetaTrader reads the .ex4 file again. So you can keep MetaTrader 4 opened, replace the .ex4 file in background and it will always be fresh. mq4 files are source code, they are not used by the Tester. But if you only have .mq4 file and you start MetaTrader, it searches for all .mq4 files that have no .ex4 file and generates their .ex4 files.... and that''s why MetaTrader is often slow to start.

"Once per bar" can pass 1 time per bar (candle). Whatever you have below this block can run only 1 time for any given candle
