I would like to consider having the EA increase lot size each time it reaches a specific profit level. This EA will also be used on Mt4. I see the pink blocks have "for each trade," "Check profit" and "add to volume." Do you think those 3 blocks would work together or is there another way to raise lot size at each profit target?

I'm also trying to figure out if there is a way to have a risk setting on it too? Something like "Low Risk," "Moderate Risk," and "High Risk." This would mean that "Low" would be something like 0.01,0.02,0.04 and "Moderate" would be 0.02,0.04,0.08 and "High" would be double that one. I'm not sure if this would have to be manually done but it would be nice to have the option to automate it.

@tipsywisdom the only blue block I've seen is "check trade count" but I haven't seen anyone be able to make that work.

I'm planning to make separate columns for the buy and sell. I don't need to add a condition with what I'm planning to do. I've seen some people online suggest that you need to add "check trade count" between "conditions" and "buy" or "sell," but that doesn't seem to work for people. I want to limit the amount of open buy or sell positions at one time, so when one closes it allows it to take another trade. What do you do if you don't need a condition, are there any other options, or do I need to add a condition?

I also notice there is a "for each trade" block but don't know if that can be used?

It would be nice to see a few different blocks created for this.

I've noticed anytime I try to build an EA the strategy tester shows me that it only opens 1 buy and ignores any other opportunities until that trade is closed, and the same issue for sells. I see others have asked for help about this subject before in the past but I didn't see a clear answer to it. Is there a way to enter a buy and enter another buy later even though the first trade has closed, and the same for sells?

I've tried changing the blocks to candle 1 and 2 but haven't had any luck. I want to place a trade when it is 30+ pips in the opposite direction and target the open of the previous candle. Let us say I just had a Bullish candle close with 32 pips. Now I would like to open a Sell and my Take-Profit would be the Open of the Bullish candle.

Wouldn't I choose >Candle Open, Candle ID 1 for TP?

I think some of the issues have been figured out. In the Mt4 tester, the optimization button was checked which seems to hide the chart and a few other things. The replay feature doesn't seem to work with every pair and the chart seems to lock up with those ones, but it will still give me data on the open and closed positions. I have noticed that the EA isn't trading exactly the way I want it to. It has missed lots of trading opportunities and taken other ones I wouldn't have. I guess my next goal is to figure out if I can get the EA to do what I want. I still may test this version on a chart. I'm just happy that I actually see something working.

I think I've completed an EA that I plan to test on a live demo account tomorrow. I was actually able to run it through the strategy tester and it actually worked. The results were fairly close to what I've manually traded on another pair. The pair I tested was EURUSD, but the tester won't work on any other pair. Has anyone else had this kind of problem before?

I've also noticed from watching other videos that the report, graph, and chart are missing on my tester. It would be nice to have it, but I'll settle for just the result if that's all I can get. I'll try to see if anyone can answer this last part in MQL5 community.

I'm new to this and trying to figure this out, but the lack of information is preventing me from finishing anything. I managed to complete a project...kind of. I'm trying to understand Constants and Variables. I've tried adding them into my project but the only thing they cause are errors. Once I remove them everything is fine. Error-free and loaded into mt4, but it looks like a complete mess with the options I have, and honestly I don't even know if they work. It would be nice to see detailed information on specific information from this website. It would be nice to see someone take on the task of writing "fxDreema for Dummies." Trying to construct something is difficult when there are so many unknowns. I really enjoy the website. Now, all I want to do is build some of these great ideas I have without getting stuck in the mud every time I try to move forward. Maybe by the end of the month, I'll be looking at this much differently.
