I created a boolean variable with an initial value of 'false'. Then it is modified when the first condition is met (block 1). Then condition 2 can happen later (block 3) and the trade can be open.

Your EA is working in candle ID 0 everywhere. Are you sure this is what you need? Do arrows appear and disappear on chart? Because that means it is repainting.
Are you the same person asking for help on a custom indicator used in that same EA? If so, please don't duplicate threads.

The most efficient way to do it is importing a custom indicador doing all the calculations for the identification of the correlations. Once imported you can work on the launching structure.
@nico1397 That is exactly what the 'Break even point' block is programmed to do.

Is backtesting working fine, though? Is only optimization what doesn't work?
You need to use a variable 'remembering' the first cross happened. Then connect it to the second condition. That way the EA will be able to open the trade in the exact order you want. Once both conditions have been met, the variable should be restarted.
And move the blocks to the 'On tick' tab. That means the first one on top will not be necessary.
No sé si acabo de entender bien lo que pides. ¿Quieres abrir una nueva orden cada vez que la primera se halle en pérdidas? Eso es terriblemente arriesgado. Puede darse el caso de que la primera orden suba y baje alternativamente de la pérdida de 10 pips y vaya abriendo operaciones nuevas una tras otra. ¿Estás seguro de que es eso lo que quieres?
