You can connect "Sell pending" order right after "Buy now". On a different group of blocks you can have "No trade -> Delete pending orders"

RE: Are variables in temporary memoryposted in Questions & Answers
Yes, all those variables are temporary. Take a look at those variables, they remain - https://fxdreema.com/tutorial/builder/constants-and-variables#terminal_variables
Sometimes you can use the objects as a memory, because they remain on the chart

RE: Connecting Binary Options to EA signalsposted in Questions & Answers
@vish Ha, I didn't expected that something simple like
if (!symbol) {}doesn't work. I changed it toif (symbol == "") {}. You can see the code yourself@robgall, I created similar custom block for you too.

The format is YYYY.MM.DD, for example 2018.10.01, something is wrong with the translation

RE: testing and optimizingposted in Questions & Answers
One of the reasons to be slow is that the EAs are generated and the code is full of code that is never used. From time to time I'm trying to optimize it here and there, but it will always be slower than an EA that is written manually. The problem is that it's not that easy to manually code an EA and that's why fxDreema exists

Which project is this now, because I can't find EA support_resistNo demo? Does it work with other symbols?

RE: Questions about 'Skip ticks' blockposted in Questions & Answers
Wow, I found the problem. In the block I use TimeCurrent() to set the value of FXD_TICKSKIP_UNTIL and in OnTick() I use TimeLocal(). Those are the same when testing, but on real probably not. I will fix it.

RE: Connecting Binary Options to EA signalsposted in Questions & Answers
Ok, it looks that they have some external library with a function called mt2iq that does something. I created a custom block for you, you can find it here:

I didn't tested it, but I hope that it works. It has 4 input parameters for the symbol, type, amount and expiry. -
RE: Open new position with another one already open. BUG!posted in Bug Reports
I don't know to be honest. I'm away from Forex and I don't know what brokers do now
But that "hedge" mode is relatively new and I can imagine that not so many brokers can use it, because things change slowly with MT5, but I'm not sure. Just ask your broker

RE: Retracement after stop lossposted in Bug Reports
it should be on a separate group of blocks, not after the Buy block. But I could not understand when do you want to open that Sell trade... how much time after the Buy trade is closed by SL?

RE: Max number of open tradesposted in Questions & Answers
That "Compare" option can also be changed
I prefer to use the orange output whenever possible, it's less confusion. Just use < or <=, instead of > -
RE: Automatic string building for a commentposted in Questions & Answers
Do you want to append data to commentM3? Because now the value of commentM3 will be whatever the value is set in the last iteration of the loop.

@vish said in Connecting Binary Options to EA signals:
OnCalculate
OnCalculate() is only to be used in indicators, this event function doesn't work in EAs

Wait, where do you select that Any timeframe? There is no such thing in the Timeframe menu:

RE: Filling type: RETURN ordersposted in Questions & Answers
I'm also very confused about those filling types, I don't know what they are. In the code there is a function OrderCreate and somewhere in this function the filling type is decided. It looks like this:

As you can see there are few checks and I even added some comment where I explain a confusion.

RE: Open new position with another one already open. BUG!posted in Bug Reports
In MT5 there are 2 possible account modes - netting and hedging. If your account is "netting", then the idea is that if you Buy and then Buy again, the result is 1 position with lot size that is the sum of both Buys. But if you Buy and then Sell, basically that Buy is closed... or part of it.
Do you say that you Buy and then Buy, and the result is that the first position was closed? I tried this now and it works the way it should.

RE: x< and x> failposted in Bug Reports
@richard96816 You can leave some fully disconnected blocks if you want to be able to connect them later. But when the EA is generated, they are excluded, they don't go into the EA. They just stay in the project for later use.
