One of the reasons to be slow is that the EAs are generated and the code is full of code that is never used. From time to time I'm trying to optimize it here and there, but it will always be slower than an EA that is written manually. Wow, I found the problem. In the block I use TimeCurrent() to set the value of FXD_TICKSKIP_UNTIL and in OnTick() I use TimeLocal(). Those are the same when testing, but on real probably not. I will fix it.

In MT5 there are 2 possible account modes - netting and hedging. If your account is "netting", then the idea is that if you Buy and then Buy again, the result is 1 position with lot size that is the sum of both Buys. But if you Buy and then Sell, basically that Buy is closed... or part of it.

Do you say that you Buy and then Buy, and the result is that the first position was closed? I tried this now and it works the way it should.

@richard96816 You can leave some fully disconnected blocks if you want to be able to connect them later. But when the EA is generated, they are excluded, they don't go into the EA. They just stay in the project for later use.
