@josecortesllobat @l-andorrà Hi Jose, thank you, but I was wondering if this was good by itself,... or does this (the Condition for TP or Condition for SL) go under a purple For each position or For each Trade Block? Please advise

@l-andorrà IF the pips away is positive, does that mean profit, and if the pips away is negative, does that mean currently at a loss?

RE: How to set the buy/sell trade stop when STC cross over 80/20 one time or 2 times?posted in Questions & Answers
@wyfchrsis My question really would ask if you are assuming that the Stochastic is >80 is overbought, and <20 is oversold. There is conflicting info out online that says that this is so, but there is also information out there to not get caught up in this philosophy for this indicator. This leads me to your next question: are you thinking that when the Stochastic is <80 you stop all buys and > 20 you get out of all sells?
It sounds like that is the case for what you are describing above. Is that right

@mahdi-1 Great idea, divergence will be tough although there is a ton of indicators for that. There is the problem with divergence in that you will have to play around with candle counts and highs and lows being around either one fo the outside bands or even in the cross of the middle bands. The problem there is that you have to hope that your candle is hit right when that happens, so there you are already 1/3 possibilities ... plus whether it is the low, body, or high...of the candle... Its tough, I have tried this, but I always find where it works, it doesn't later on. Great manual strategy though!

RE: plz fix this good rsi ea thx veryposted in Questions & Answers
@alish668899 According to your picture, you have a regular RSI and NOT the color RSI. It shows that you have a sell on a cross up? Even if that is the case, it doesn't refer to the RSI color. SO, I do not know what you are referring to ? It also looks like you have a baseket of trades started. The problem is is that if you are looking for the indicator to go up or go down, the RSI will often flicker up and down and up and down and up dand down, and this will mess up your tests and results. I have done this hundreds of times already.

RE: QQE EA 2020posted in Questions & Answers
@mayfair21 you have to make sure the system takes the qqe. There are so many versions of it and I have tried and it will not accept most of them. Are you able to use the buffers on it? The journal will tell you if if has an error.

@kyohuat and @l-andorrà Hey guys, pretty cool thread here guys! @kyohuat I totally like the phone notification thing my butt is nailed to the chair too much sometimes. I was wondering if you could get this phone notification to go off during a demo test. DO you know if that is possible?
Also, have you concluded that if you change the EA to show any symbol in the check positions count, that if you use this on any one of those currencies (if you have this on multiple currency pairs) that it will work just like this?

RE: TP x2posted in Questions & Answers
It would be better to store your stop loss as either a number in your head or as a function of the Average True Range. and store it in a variable. I tried showing you using your logic, and this will just serve as a functionary picture. I did not take time to edit these pictures but hopefully this can add a little to where you want to go with your idea. -

@l-andorrà Agree, it is just a gambling technique. I don't get it why its even a topic in this trading world

@Sizqa If you backtest and you profit more or break even you would probably be where you want to be. That's it. Share what you got so everyone can see it because explaining it as a second language is difficult. Gabiche?

Alright guys, simple question...about Take Profits and block usage...posted in Questions & Answers
If I didn't want to set a take profit and I just wanted to run the EA to when its conditions fail to close, then what would be good? I know I can do some kind of configuration with ATR or designate a take profit, but is there any way to just designate the take profit as however the EA runs....?
I am trying to avoid premature take profits ( that would prevent another reentry during temporary retracement), and avoid too large of a take profit to where a larger retracement wouldn't take me out of the trade, but a large candle would put me back at ground zero or at the original entry price.
Silly question, yet a valid one haha
I appreciate your guys' input. I am specifically referring to block use
Thank you
