Thank you @l-andorrà . I tried defining this but apparently I have a bunch of trades closing out in the beginning of the hour candle and opening up same direction trades in the later part of that hour candle...
This seems hard to define for a candle in this capacity. I can't think of a way to define actions (on one candle) that include the close and the exclusion of an open....

I ve seen it but the problem is when trades are taken in that same candle, then the no trades nearby doesn't seem timed correctly. I will have a pool of trades closed on the beginning of a candle. A parent trade will start later on in that same candle and initiate a string of others that, by the next candle, are doomed.

different levels. Say I have an add to volume at the start at say a balance of 1000, then it goes to 3000
If I initially had checked profit was greater than 2%, then I add .01 lots to a limit of .4, then
how can I add more to that block (add to volume) so that it stays in that same tree? Likewise how to subtract from that loop if balance went down???

@l-andorrà @biztet Thanks for response. I am limiting the entire add volume basket to .4 lots total but the whole idea for me is to create one bot that I can sleep on through the night without only making $15...haha

I believe something can distinguish this.
I am curious , is there a term for trades that are current (like this last parent trade that was the loss)? I was thinking I could try to see if there was a trade opened with a candle with such a huge wick, that I could close it out. I just don't know how to define it.... any suggestions?
Also, will a candle crossing over (while candle ID is 0, close out a trade because I am finding that it doesn't work that way. It seems candle 0 never works....
